Kendall Lamm has decided to end his professional football career, marking the conclusion of 11 seasons in the NFL. The 34-year-old offensive lineman made this decision shortly after signing a one-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens.
Lamm had joined the Ravens less than two weeks prior to his announcement to fill a roster spot left vacant by Hakeem Adeniji, who retired approximately one week after joining the team.
Lamm’s collegiate career was spent at Appalachian State, where he played from 2010 to 2014 and earned All-Sun Belt honors once. Entering the 2015 draft cycle from a smaller program, he went undrafted and signed with the Houston Texans. He spent four years with Houston before moving to the Cleveland Browns, Tennessee Titans, and Detroit Lions over the following four seasons.
In 2022, Lamm joined the Miami Dolphins, where he remained for four years. During his tenure in Miami, he appeared in 46 games and started 16, serving as the team's swing tackle. His time with the Dolphins included a brief stint in Philadelphia for a couple of months before the 2025 season.
The Dolphins have since traded for Caedan Wallace to address their offensive line needs.
