Nocatee, Florida — The Jacksonville Jaguars placed offensive linemen Cole Van Lanen and Garrett DiGiorgio on the active/physically unable to perform list Sunday, according to the club.
The roster move came as the team began its training-camp period. The Florida Times-Union reported that rookies had reported one day earlier and the rest of the roster was expected two days later.
Van Lanen is a left tackle, while DiGiorgio is a rookie offensive tackle, the newspaper reported. Jacksonville's announcement identified both players as offensive linemen and listed them on active/PUP.
The active/PUP designation was announced before the team’s full roster arrived for camp. The Jaguars did not provide a timetable for either player in the announcement.
