The Tolomato Community Development District Board of Supervisors is scheduled to review financial documents for Nocatee during its July 28 meeting. The agenda includes a balance sheet and a statement of revenues and expenditures covering the period through June 30, 2026.

Realtor.com counted 426 Nocatee, FL homes for sale as of August 2026, while Redfin reported 249 homes sold in May 2026 and a median sale price of $691,886.
Early voting ended Aug. 15, so today is the last chance to cast a primary ballot. The governor's race leads a ballot running on Florida's new congressional map.
Gambling interests have put $12.2 million into statewide races through July, $9.1 million of it from the Seminole Tribe, its biggest outlay since 2022.
Now permanent under House Bill 7031, the exemption covers clothing at $100 or less, school supplies at $50 or less, learning aids at $30 or less and computers at $1,500 or less through Thursday, Aug. 20.
