SoFresh Announced as First Restaurant Coming to Marketplace at Nocatee

NOCATEE, Florida — The first restaurant has been announced for the new Marketplace at Nocatee development, with SoFresh set to bring its fast-casual concept of chef-crafted bowls, salads, wraps and smoothies to the growing Ponte Vedra community.

The restaurant, expected to open in late summer 2026, will be part of the Marketplace at Nocatee located off Valley Ridge Boulevard on the west side of Nocatee Town Center. The development is anchored by a new Publix Super Market and will feature additional retail, dining and office space.

SoFresh offers a menu of cooked-to-order meals with customizable options, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian and high-protein selections. The restaurant will provide dine-in service as well as online ordering, pickup, delivery and catering.

The restaurant plans to mark its grand opening with a $5 meal deal offering any bowl, wrap, salad or quesadilla with one protein. An exact opening date will be announced closer to the restaurant's debut.

SoFresh is the first confirmed tenant for the commercial development, which is being built by Nocatee's master developer, The PARC Group. The Marketplace at Nocatee is part of the broader Nocatee Town Center expansion aimed at adding everyday conveniences for the master-planned community's growing population.
