The Tampa Bay Buccaneers could have several players return for their Week 2 home game against the Cleveland Browns, although four players remain listed as questionable. Head coach Todd Bowles said wide receiver Jalen McMillan, defensive backs Jacob Parrish and Miles Killebrew, and another player identified in the report as questionable will have their availability decided near kickoff.
McMillan is being considered for his 2026 debut after missing most of last season with a neck injury sustained during a preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He returned late in that season and finished with 12 receptions for 178 yards.
Bowles said McMillan practiced fully throughout the week. The receiver remains questionable, but his work in practice leaves open the possibility that he will play against Cleveland. In the season before his injury-shortened campaign, McMillan recorded eight touchdown catches.
Parrish injured his back during Tampa Bay's 33-27 road loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in the season opener. He practiced on a limited basis throughout the week. Killebrew sustained a concussion in that game and must receive medical clearance before playing. Bowles said Killebrew should be able to participate if he is cleared.
The Buccaneers are scheduled to play the Browns at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, at Raymond James Stadium. Further details about the status of the players were not provided.
