He added another home run later in the contest, contributing significantly to the Rays' offensive output.
The Rays established an early advantage in the first inning when Caminero singled to left field, allowing Díaz to score and moving Aranda to second base. The lead grew in the second inning when Mullins hit a 404-foot home run to right center. Díaz followed with a sacrifice fly to right, scoring Walls to make it 3-0. Arizona finally broke through in the eighth inning when Marte homered to center, a 424-foot shot that made the final score 5-1.
