Asado Life has signed a lease to open its third Northeast Florida location in Nocatee. The new restaurant will occupy the former Dick’s Wings space at 100 Marketside Avenue, Suite 301, within the Nocatee Town Center. This 3,415-square-foot unit is situated near the intersection of Nocatee Parkway and Crosstown Parkway.
Regency Centers, the property manager, now lists the brand as the tenant for this space, following an announcement of the arrival in August.
The Nocatee site will join the brand’s other two restaurants in the region. One location operates in St. Augustine at 173 Asado Way. The second is in Downtown Jacksonville, which recently opened at 5 Tower Court in the Jacksonville Shipyards. That Jacksonville venue features indoor and patio seating with views of the St. Johns River, positioned near EverBank Stadium and the Riverwalk.
The restaurant concept focuses on live-fire cooking and Argentinian-inspired techniques. Dishes are prepared over flame, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items. The current Jacksonville menu offers chef’s cuts, chorizo, grilled chicken, fresh seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and vegetable dishes.
The brand also highlights house-made breads, sauces, and other scratch-made components. Its website describes the dining experience as centered on the social tradition of an asado, where food is cooked over fire and shared around the table.
