Florida wide receiver Eric Singleton Jr. and defensive lineman Emmanuel Oyebadejo remain uncertain for the Gators’ Week 3 SEC game at Auburn, with both players expected to have their availability decided near kickoff.
Coach Jon Sumrall said the two players are no longer wearing walking boots and have practiced only on a limited basis. They are listed as questionable for the matchup.
Information reported by ESPN’s Pete Thamel said both players are expected to put on uniforms, participate in pregame warmups and try to play. Singleton is considered less likely to appear than Oyebadejo, according to the report.
Oyebadejo is expected to evaluate his ankle during warmups before a decision is made about his role on the defensive line. Singleton previously played for Auburn during the 2025 season before transferring to Gainesville.
The source did not provide a final status for either player before the game.
