St. Johns County School District has begun reviewing instructional materials for Career & Technical Education and World Languages and is inviting parents and community members to take part, according to district notices posted Sept. 18.
The reviews cover resources chosen from materials submitted to the Florida Department of Education, the district said in separate announcements for the CTE and World Languages adoptions.
How to review the materials
St. Johns County School District said digital resources may be accessed on EdCredible.com once publishers make them available, with access instructions provided on the district's materials-review webpages.
Some printed materials may also be available. The district said print items can be reviewed from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. when district offices are open. Parents or residents who need help with online resources or want to arrange access can call 904-547-8900, according to the posts.
Join a school review committee
Parents and community members are encouraged to participate beyond reading the materials. Anyone who wants to serve on a school committee review team should contact any school or call 904-547-8900 by Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, the district said.
